Are you interested in health and social care where you wish to pursue a career in care? Well if so, Hartley Care, a BRAND NEW provider in York, Selby, Hull and Leeds surrounding areas, are recruiting people who are new comers to care as well as current healthcare workers looking for:
shift patterns: Long Day- 7am-10pm, early- 7am-2pm, late- 3pm-10pm
Pay- up to £13 per hour PLUS travelling time at NMW PLUS mileage on top @ 25p What we can expect is:
Flexibility, work on a rota basis - mixture of early and lates.
Communication/liaise with management -this is key as we do not want vulnerable people missed or left without care etc.
Assist/provide personal care; Provide Nutrition and hydration support; Support with medication needs; Assist in domestic duties; Comply with all policies and procedures;
To report back any concerns relating to the health of the service user;
To participate in service quality meetings;
To work together to constantly improve services
About the Company
What you can expect from us:
Weekly rota basis - in advance to know your shift patterns- through IT System Care Planner;
Permanent contract*;
Above average pay rates;
PAID travelling time;
Mileage on top; additional 20 miles on top each day depending on location
Training and promotion opportunities- NVQ's, senior positions etc;
