We are a brand new provider looking for quality staff to join our team where we can grow in the right direction to expand over Yorkshire..

- Full Drivers licence and access to own car is essential as well as flexibility is a must.

Job duties:

  • providing personal cares, medication administration, hoisting etc.

  • Conducting spot checks on staff members

  • Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure that their Care Plan is meeting their needs and update as required

  • Undertake on call duties, as part of an agreed pre-planned rota in order to provide an effective out of hours on-call service.

  • Rota coordinate and send out the weekly rotas

  • Office based tasks i.e. compliance, audits, supervisions

Background and Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Care Coordinator or a Senior Carer

  • Experience constructing Care Plans

  • Ideally NVQ/QCF level 3 in care

  • Experience in conducting care assessments, care reviews and who can lead and motivate care staff
