About the Role
We are a brand new provider looking for quality staff to join our team where we can grow in the right direction to expand over Yorkshire..
- Full Drivers licence and access to own car is essential as well as flexibility is a must.
providing personal cares, medication administration, hoisting etc.
Conducting spot checks on staff members
Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure that their Care Plan is meeting their needs and update as required
Undertake on call duties, as part of an agreed pre-planned rota in order to provide an effective out of hours on-call service.
Rota coordinate and send out the weekly rotas
Office based tasks i.e. compliance, audits, supervisions
Background and Experience:
Previous experience as a Care Coordinator or a Senior Carer
Experience constructing Care Plans
Ideally NVQ/QCF level 3 in care
Experience in conducting care assessments, care reviews and who can lead and motivate care staff
