About the Role
Requirements
January starts!- minimum per day - £108 - £140
Shift patterns: Long Day- 7am-10pm, early- 7am-2pm, late- 3pm-10pm
Hourly rate- £11/ £12 per hour plus travelling time at national minimum wage, plus mileage at 25p/mile
Job responsibilities:
Flexibility, work on a rota basis - mixture of early and lates is a must.
Communication/liaise with management -this is key.
Assist/provide personal care; Provide Nutrition and hydration support; Support with medication needs; Assist in domestic duties;
Comply with all policies and procedures; To report back any concerns relating to the health of the service user;
To participate in service quality meetings; To work together to constantly improve services
About the Company

Permanent contract- 40 hours contract with overtime available if wanted;
